Delete your account

In the GroupView360 app

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Tap your profile, then Delete account.
3. Check what will be deleted, tick the confirmation box, and tap Delete my account.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We'll reply to confirm, and delete it within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in. You're signed out on every device and can't sign in with that email again unless you create a new account.
• Any organization you are the only administrator of, with everything in it: its groups, members, meetings and attendance. If you want an organization to keep going, make someone else an administrator before you delete your account.

What stays

• If you belong to an organization someone else runs, your member record there (your contact details and attendance history) belongs to that organization and stays in its records. Ask one of its administrators to remove it, or include the organization's name in your email to us.
• An organization that is still collecting payments from its members can't be closed from the app. Email us and we'll close it and stop those payments with you.
• Payment records we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.
