These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GroupView360.com (the "Service") operated by Tall Timbers Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using GroupView360, you agree to these Terms. We've written them in plain language to make them easy to understand.

GroupView360 is a group management platform designed to help organizations manage members, track attendance, send communications, and organize group activities. We provide the tools; you provide the content and manage your groups.
2. Account Requirements
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use GroupView360. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Providing accurate and current information
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use GroupView360 responsibly and legally. You may not:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or violate any laws
- Send spam, harassment, or unsolicited communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Collect or harvest user data without permission
- Use the Service to harm minors in any way
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.
4. Your Data and Content
You Own Your Data
You retain all ownership rights to the data and content you create, upload, or manage through GroupView360. We don't claim any ownership of your data.
License to Operate
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy and legality of your data
- Having necessary permissions to share member information
- Complying with applicable privacy laws when collecting member data
- Backing up critical data (we maintain backups, but you should too)
5. Service Availability
We strive to keep GroupView360 available 24/7, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (we'll notify you when possible)
- Emergency repairs or security updates
- Circumstances beyond our control (internet outages, hosting issues, etc.)
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.
6. Termination
Your Right to Leave
You can stop using GroupView360 at any time. You can delete your account through your settings or by contacting us at info@talltimbersgroup.com.
Data Deletion
We will delete all your data upon request. When you close your account, we'll remove your information from our active systems. Some data may remain in backups for a limited time as part of our disaster recovery procedures.
We May Terminate
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct. We'll notify you when possible and give you a chance to export your data.
7. Fees and Payment
If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- Fees are charged according to your selected plan
- Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
- We may change fees with 30 days' notice
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
"As Is" Service
GroupView360 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or always available.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tall Timbers Group LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or errors
- Actions of third-party service providers
Our total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
GroupView360 may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. We're not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these external services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Minnesota.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice in the Service. Your continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
